Great customer service, great product, I would highly recommend that you try one. The first pillow was not perfect. They worked with me on a new size based on my feedback. The end result was perfect!
It's been less than two weeks, but so far so good. The custom dimensions help me get comfortable more quickly and reliably.
Super fast shipping!! Have only slept on it one night, neck still a little stiff but nicely as bad as it has been. So I’m hoping after a few days itll be alot better!
I have purchased many pillows and this brand is superior to many other pillows on the market. However, if you are comfortable in multiple sleeping positions, I like this does not support more than one preference. I mostly sleep on my side, however sometimes I can fall asleep on my back. This pillow is not support enough for that preference. At least, through going through the custom options, this has been my experience. Maybe there isn't a pillow that is a one in all solution?
The first night I lay down on this pillow was great; I drifted off instantly and woke up feeling truly refreshed. One of the standout features for me is the cooling sleeve. Especially when i was sick, I really noticed the difference it made in regulating my temperature. Even if I put my own pillowcase over the cooling sleeve, I still get the full benefits of the cooling effect.
I also really like the contoured shape of the pillow, you can truly feel that extra support for your neck. The foam itself is firm and stable without being too hard.
