Keep your YOUP fresh with the breathable TENCEL™ cover: it’s removable and machine washable at 104°F (40°C). The memory foam core itself should not be washed; airing it out now and then is all it needs.
YOUP uses premium, carefully selected materials to create hypoallergenic pillows that support the way you sleep — and feel as good as they perform.
The core: 100% premium European memory foam (latex-free), OEKO-TEX® certified. It balances support and softness, adapting to your unique contours.
The cover: breathable, moisture-regulating 100% TENCEL™ fabric for cooling and airflow. The cover is removable and machine-washable at 70°F.
YOUP is designed for side, back and stomach sleepers. Your preferred sleep position is included in your personal fitting so we can determine the pillow fit that best suits the way you sleep.
Your face is blurred automatically before anything is uploaded; we only measure your neck and shoulders. The photo is used solely to determine your pillow fit and is never shared.
That’s what our Perfect Fit Guarantee is for. If your YOUP doesn’t feel right within your 100-night trial, contact us and we’ll adjust or remake your pillow at no extra cost. If you’d rather not keep it, you can return it for a full refund.
Every YOUP comes with a 5-year warranty on materials and workmanship. If your pillow loses its shape or support under normal use, we’ll replace it.
Every YOUP is made to your personal measurements in the USA or the Netherlands, and US orders ship from our warehouse in Cheshire, Connecticut. The memory foam is produced in Europe to OEKO-TEX® standards, and the fitting method was developed in the Netherlands by physical therapist Thijs van der Hilst.

Your YOUP is made after we have both your order and your personal fitting. Your fitting gives us the information we need to determine your personal pillow fit.
We get it — sometimes plans change. You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. Just contact our customer service team, share your order number, and tell us what you’d like to adjust. We’ll take care of it.
